
Alright – so we all know I’m all about convenience. Trying to cook with two small, yet rambunctious boys is next to impossible these days. I’m sure many of you can relate – and if you can’t maybe you just don’t want to make some elaborate meal after working all day. Or maybe you’re just tired and need a quick and delicious dinner plan. Or maybe, like half the world, you love a good Trader Joe’s meal! If so, this one’s for you! This super easy, one-pan FULL meal is made with pre-seasoned Trader Joe’s Chicken Shawarma. It’s juicy and flavorful, and honestly needs next to nothing, except something to pair it with! If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, I’m sorry you’re missing out on of the BEST stores out there, BUT I also have instructions for you, too! I’m a professional cook and even I need an easy weeknight dinner win most nights!
Trader Joe’s sheet-pan Chicken Shwarma
Equipment
- Large Rimmed Sheet-pan
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Chicken Shawarma Thighs If you don’t live by TJ’s, I have a chicken shawarma marinade below
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
- Kosher salt
- 3 cups chopped kale try to remove any big thick stems
- Cooking oil
- Tzatziki buy the prepackaged kind – be good to yourself
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450f.
- Toss package of chicken and the pound of potatoes on a rimmed sheet-pan. Use parchment paper or a silpat for easy cleanup. If the potatoes aren’t nicely coated by the end, add a tiny bit of oil. Season potatoes with a pinch of salt.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
- Toss 3 cups chopped kale onto the sheet-pan. Season with a smidge of oil and salt. Roast for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with tzatziki – AND YOU’RE DONE!
