Pacific Rim for Food Republic 

I teamed up with Pacific Rim wine to create two atypical Thanksgiving recipes that pair with their Rieslings and break from tradition. 

I developed a Panang Curry Butternut Squash soup to pair with Pacific Rim medium Riesling and Green Tahini Carrots to serve with Pacific Rim Wallula Vineyard Dry Riesling.
