Everything Bagel Cheesy Dogs

Servings 10 hotdogs


  • Rimmed baking sheet
  • Optional: outdoor grill


  • 10 hot dog buns
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar, mozzarella, or other melty cheese
  • 2 to 3 tbsp everything bagel spice mixture
  • 10 hot dogs or sausages
  • Toppings: relish, mustard, ketchup, sauerkraut, French’s crispy fried onions, scallions, finely chopped white onion 


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place 10 hot dog buns on a baking sheet and fill with 8 ounces shredded cheese and a couple tablespoons of EBTB seasoning. It’s ok if the buns keep closing, the melted cheese will stick the bun together but you can easily open it.
  • You can either grill the hot dogs separately, or if you’re looking for a SUPER SIMPLE meal, just throw the hotdogs (or pre-cooked sausages) right onto the baking sheet with the buns.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted but NOT HARD!
  • While the buns are still hot, open them up and place the hot dogs inside.
  • Place all of the hotdogs onto a big wooden board or platter along with all desired toppings. ENJOY!
