Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place 10 hot dog buns on a baking sheet and fill with 8 ounces shredded cheese and a couple tablespoons of EBTB seasoning. It’s ok if the buns keep closing, the melted cheese will stick the bun together but you can easily open it.
You can either grill the hot dogs separately, or if you’re looking for a SUPER SIMPLE meal, just throw the hotdogs (or pre-cooked sausages) right onto the baking sheet with the buns.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted but NOT HARD!
While the buns are still hot, open them up and place the hot dogs inside.
Place all of the hotdogs onto a big wooden board or platter along with all desired toppings. ENJOY!
