(about 3 cups chopped apple)

raw walnuts, soaked

banana, chopped and frozen

mejdool dates, pitted

maple syrup

vanilla extract

apple pie spice
(or ground cinnamon)

Optional: 1 teaspoon each flax seeds and chia seeds
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds in a high-powered blender.
