Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place naan on a baking sheet. Spread BBQ sauce all over it, then top with cheese, onion, and sausage. Spray the exposed crust with cooking spray (or brush with olive oil).
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until crisped up to your liking.
Slice it up, sprinkle with cilantro, and enjoy immediately.
