Sometimes I enjoy a long, drawn out cooking process. Planning the meal the night before, waking up early to get a marinade started, or a dessert in the oven so it can cool down properly by dinnertime, or getting a homemade, yeasty pizza dough started so that it can rise and proof by dinnertime.
Other nights, I need food and I need it right that minute. Those, friends, are the nights for 15-minute meals that require zero prep-work, like these BBQ Chicken Sausage Naan Pizzas. Throw a few naan down on a baking sheet, smother them in sauce, cheese, sliced up sausage (no need to cook it – chicken sausage is already cooked!), and bake it up. Delicious, and oh so satisfying.
