Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a long serrated knife to split the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet. If they’re not attached, make sure they’re all touching as close together as possible.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons (depending on your preference!) of mustard in an even layer over the bottom half of the rolls, then sprinkle half of the cheese over top. Layer the ham over top, then add the second half of the cheese.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons (depending on your preference!) of mayonnaise and fig jam onto the cut-side of the top halves of the rolls. Place the tops of the rolls on top of the cheese to close the sandwich.
Brush the butter over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until rolls are golden brown, but still soft. Slice and serve.
