Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon a few tablespoons of Buffalo Chicken dip into the center of the tortillas and roll them tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed. place them on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until crispy. Some dip will explode out of the ends - no biggie, just smoosh it back in. Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
