Summer Peach Margarita - INDIVIDUAL PORTION

Servings 1 cocktail


  • ¼ cup blanco tequila
  • 1/2 medium peach, peeled and roughly chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp triple sec
  • Optional: 4 mint leaves
  • Sugar, agave syrup or simple syrup to taste, if needed


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds, until no peach specks remain. Taste. If your peach wasn’t at its peak, the margarita may need to be sweetened. Blend in a touch of agave syrup or sugar if so.
  • Pour over a glass full of ice and serve with thinly sliced peaches and mint as garnish.
